焼とり 常世長鳴鳥

The Land of Eternity,A Timeless Symphony of Gastronomy.

At Tokoyo no Naganakidori, we proudly serve an exquisite yakitori course featuring the Kuro Satsuma Chicken, a breed descended from Satsuma Jidori, one of Japan’s three great native chickens, exclusively raised in Kagoshima Prefecture. We also carefully select Kyushu’s finest local chickens, expertly prepared with traditional charcoal grilling techniques mastered by our skilled artisans.

We source whole chickens directly from Kagoshima and meticulously prepare each bird, cooking every part with the most suitable technique to bring out the rich, natural flavors of Satsuma Kuro Chicken.

Rooted in Japanese culinary tradition, yet refined with modern elegance, we offer a sophisticated dining experience in a specially curated atmosphere.

We invite you to savor each carefully crafted skewer, prepared with passion and precision.
