Anchored in the rich flavor of Kuro Satsuma chicken, the course offers an array of rare skewered cuts, seasonal small plates, and dishes designed to harmonize with your drink. Interweaving grilled and raw, calm and dynamic, this composition is a one-night-only feast worthy of the name “Tokoyo.” To close, we serve clay pot rice and a delicate soup. A masterful course that brings together every essence of “Tokoyo,” where the artistry of food and the lingering charm of sake resonate in perfect harmony.
